I made a Hello Kitty the other day. I tried to follow a pattern but I only got to the fist 6 rounds. It was not anywhere near the way I was picturing it in my head. So without any delay I veered from the proverbial pattern. It was a diagram pattern--not that it makes a difference. I veer off of EVERY pattern I ever try to make. I don't intentionally modify my projects. It's not easy for me to follow patterns yet. I think of them more as guidelines.
Today is my birthday. I'm 35. I always get really reflective around my birhday. No, no no not like bicycle tape reflective.
I'm talking about soul searcing. It's rather healthy.
